1. Collect two (2) non-winning Mass Lottery Wheel of Fortune® instant tickets.
2. Watch the syndicated version of Wheel of Fortune® Monday through Friday.
3. In the box on the back of the tickets, enter the date you watched, the call letters of the station watched and circle the position of the contestant who won that show.
   
   
   
   
4. Legibly print your name, address and telephone number on the back of at least one of the two non-winning tickets.
5. Mail the tickets in an envelope no larger than a standard #10 business envelope (approximately 4 ½” by 9 ½”) to:
