A. Take your winning ticket to a Lottery retailer for validation. You will receive a validation receipt for your files.

B. After the ticket has been validated as a winner, legibly print your name, address and telephone number on the back of the ticket. Also indicate your prize pack preference -- totaling 10 runs -- by marking the area on the back of the attached envelope. Be sure to enter all required information. If your claim information is incomplete, it could delay the delivery of your prize pack.

C. Affix the proper postage and mail your completed ticket to: Mass Lottery Red Sox™ Program, Box 55193, Boston, MA 02205-5193.
